I see very frequent blocks on testnet3: more than 18000 since 2019-02-18T06:28:34Z, it's one per 1.76 seconds average.
blockcypher.com states that highest block is 1458714, but my node got 1475843+.
How that could happen?

Other block explorers show the correct height: https://testnet.blockexplorer.com/ https://testnet.smartbit.com.au/. Blockcypher seems to be behind, or maybe their code did not handle the difficulty adjustment correctly.
