my bitcoins has been confirmed but are not moving to the wallet it was sent to. I've contacted both wallets (sender) and (receiver), I've also tried to speed up transaction. The response I get is, the bitcoins have already been confirmed.

I assume that you have checked a blockchain explorer and seen that your transaction is confirmed, but you don't see the funds in your wallet. This brings two possibilities to mind: your wallet is not synced fully to the network, or you are using a custodial service, not a true wallet, and the business that runs that service has not yet credited your account with the deposit (in that case, this is a customer service question, there is nothing anyone here can do). – chytrik – 2019-01-29T22:05:28.247
