First, sorry I was so frustrated yesterday. I have never dealt with bitcoin stuff and was having a hard time navigating the system. I went through the whole process setting up an account with Coinbank. That made me very nervous giving them ALL my personal info, bank accounts debit card info, etc.
Anyway, it was all a waste of time because,after all that, I was only allowed to buy $100 in coin for the whole week!
SO I resorted to a Rockitcoin ATM and used cash ($120). That's where I got the paperwallet. Then I set up on Jaxx as recommended. Jaxx scanned the private key and kept indicating it was good and had been accepted. But there never was any money in my account. I waited all day.
Here is how it was resolved. I finally found a community engineer at Exodus. There Slack community is great and you can private message folks, ask questions, etc. It is a wonderful resource. Sebastian there walked me through everything. We got my money in the Exodus system. AND- when we found out the huge fees Rockitcoin took out of my funds, Sebastian came to my rescue on that. He seriously was on a chat with me for over an hour. Got my Litecoin in a wallet and was able to buy my item. All done.

Where did you scan the private key to? Are you checking the correct address? Are the funds still on the paper wallet, have you checked the address of the paper wallet? Have you tried using another wallet? What do you mean you have a "green check"? – m1xolyd1an – 2018-03-27T04:54:05.693
