How do I get my BCH extracted out of Bitcoincore wallet?

I had my BTC in my Bitcoin Core wallet during the fork and need basic easy to understand in English for dummies, maybe a how to video or something with step by step pictures. detailed instructions on exactly how to get my BCH coins out so I have control over them. Thanks.
