how much estimate would I earn if I use cpuminer and 20ECU? Because im paying for a cloud instance for $0.01/hour. And it is 20ECU. I just want to make sure I can get profit. Thank you!

There is a very high probability, you will not even get a single share in p2pool. For sure you will not ever mine enough to be send without a fee (>0.0001 BTC). Waste of time.
