i transferred some dogecoins from my dogeapi account to the wallet set on my system(ubuntu) , the balance has been deducted from dogeapi account but its not being displayed in my system wallet, whereas my account is displaying correct balance via dogebalance.com , Plz reply

If your client has not downloaded all the blocks, your balance will not appear, be patient and wait for all blocks to download and verify.
If all the blocks have downloaded and you still do not see a balance, check the address you sent to against the addresses in the receive tab. Since Dogecoin is based on Bitcoin, it uses the same checksum method to prevent funds being lost from typing a wrong character (there is less than a 1 to a billion chance of sending funds to a mistyped address).
